A sheet metal punch removes a defined slug of material to create accurately sized holes or cutouts in sheet metal panels. Chassis are offered in heights from 1U to 9U and depths of 8", 12", 14", 20", and 26", with custom depths available on request. All units are configured as standard 17-inch chassis for universal 19-inch rack enclosures, conforming to the EIA-310d standard.

Yes, fully custom chassis components and modules are available, including custom depths, finishes, and welded assemblies. Custom rack chassis are typically delivered within 15 working days of order. Standard chassis systems are provided unassembled as complete kits including front and rear panels, side brackets, covers, handles, and all assembly hardware.
