All chassis are configured as standard 17-inch panels designed to fit standardized 19-inch rack enclosures, conforming to the EIA-310d specification. Heights range from 1U to 9U and available depths include 8, 12, 14, 20, and 26 inches, with custom depths available upon request.

Chassis are available in aluminum sheet (Alloy 6061-T6) and stainless steel in 14 or 16 gauge. A MIL-C-5541E Type I Class 3 gold chemical film finish is standard, with anodized black handles per MIL-A-8625E. Stainless steel and custom material options can be requested for specialized applications.

Yes. Ron Nunes Enterprises offers fully custom chassis components and modules, including non-standard depths, panel configurations, and specialty finishes. Custom assemblies are built by Class A/XX certified welders and assemblers. Lead times for custom rack chassis mounts are typically 15 working days from order placement.

Standard chassis kits are provided unassembled and include all necessary components: front panel, rear panel, side brackets, top and bottom covers, handles, and assembly hardware. Fully assembled systems are available upon request. Tri-sectional slide assemblies with solid bearing construction are also available for mobile and field applications.
