Standard chassis use 0.125-inch aluminum sheet, Alloy 6061-T6, per QQ-A-250/11 and ASTM B209 specifications. Stainless steel and 14/16 gauge options are also available, along with extruded aluminum handles and support bars for added durability.

Yes. We offer MIL-C-5541E Type I Class 3 gold chemical film finishes and MIL-A-8625E Class 2 anodized handle finishes, making our chassis suitable for defense, aerospace, and other MIL-spec compliant applications.

Chassis systems are typically shipped unassembled with all necessary hardware, but fully assembled systems are available upon request, assembled by Class A/XX certified welders and technicians.
